RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
At Beach Boys Ltd , we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Our all-inclusive beverage package is subject to the following terms:
SERVICE RIGHTS
We maintain the right to refuse service to any guest showing signs of intoxication
Our trained staff may suspend or terminate beverage service at their discretion
Decisions regarding alcohol service are final and made for guest safety
Package privileges may be revoked without refund for unsafe behavior
PACKAGE RULES
Package is non-transferable and for individual use only
Sharing or attempting to share package benefits is strictly prohibited
Each guest must present valid ID with package wristband/card
One beverage per person per order
Minimum age of 18 years required (as per Bermuda law)
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Sharing or attempting to share drinks with non-package guests
Ordering multiple drinks for later consumption max 2 drinks at a time
Providing drinks to intoxicated persons
Disruptive or unsafe behavior
ENFORCEMENT
Violation of these terms will result in immediate package termination
Local authorities will be contacted for:
Disorderly conduct
Attempting to drive while intoxicated
Package sharing violations
Other illegal activities
No refunds will be issued for terminated packages
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
We are not liable for:
Personal injury resulting from intoxication
Accidents or incidents occurring outside our premises
Actions of intoxicated guests
Medical expenses related to alcohol consumption
Property damage caused by intoxicated guests
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Guests must:
Drink responsibly
Accept staff decisions regarding service
Maintain appropriate behavior
Arrange safe transportation when needed
Report any concerns to management
PACKAGE LIMITATIONS
Valid only during operating hours
Subject to venue capacity and licensing requirements
Not valid during special events unless specified
Management reserves the right to modify package terms
SAFETY MEASURES
Free water stations available throughout the property
Complimentary phone service for local taxis
Staff trained in responsible alcohol service
Security personnel on premises

Terms & Conditions (Chair Rental)
CANCELLATIONS
72-Hour Notice Required
The customer must provide at least 72 hours notice prior to the first rental day for a full refund. Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the rental start date will result in full charge of the booking amount.
Weather Policy
No refunds will be issued for general inclement weather conditions
Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:
Named hurricane with official evacuation orders from local authorities
Unsafe beach conditions preventing our ability to safely set up equipment
Company determination that service cannot be safely provided
